The Cavaliers ended their 2022-23 season with a win over Sainte-Foy in the RSEQ D1 Women’s Basketball Provincials’ bronze medal game on Sunday, March 5th. Although disappointed with their semi-final loss less than 24-hours earlier, the team showed what they were made of, coming out to play and battling hard to end the year on a high note.
Tournament All-Star Divine Divine Dibula, who led the Cavaliers with 16 points and 14 rebounds, was named Player of the Game in the bronze final. This is the team’s fourth provincial medal in four years, and shows the progress that the Women’s Basketball program has made!
Congrats to the team and their year, thanks to our amazing coaching staff, and thanks to all the fans who joined us this past weekend! A few weeks of rest and we start looking forward to 2023-24!
